Dev Horizon

Our Dev press has sixteen perfecting units and a DEV H50 folder configured with three 4 color towers, a 2 high tower for spot color, 2 mono units and zero speed splicers. The DEV press is capable of speeds of up to 30,000 impressions per hour, producing outstanding back-to-back four color registration. The DEV press is also configured for in-line publication binding and trimming.

Global G100

Our Global press has sixteen perfecting units and a DEV H-1 folder configured with three four color towers, a 2 high tower for spot color, 2 mono units and zero speed splicers.  The Global press is capable of speeds of up to 30,000 impressions per hour, producing outstanding back-to-back four color registration.

Goss Universal 45

Our Universal press has sixteen perfecting units running bearer to bearer. Custom configured in one line are 3 four high, four color towers, each with Butler zero speed splicers and Ebway fan out rollers, Butler infeeds and QuadTech web guides. To complete the 16 unit press are 4 additional bearer to bearer units configured for a horizontal web. This part of the press is supported by a Butler zero speed splicer, Butler infeeds and QuadTech web guides.  This end of the Universal press includes a TEC dual zone web dryer and TEC-Quantum catalytic pollution control system, TEC Specon four roll chill stand and Tri-Service five ton chiller. Support Systems bustle wheels, Quad Tec cuttoff controls and Quad Tech RGS IV color register systems compliment the press allowing incredible color registration and control. Our Goss Universal Press is capable of running a full 16 page glossy web heat set into either the Universal 45 combination folder, or sheeting the web to a full 22” x 35.5” sheet through our Vits High Speed Air Flotation Rotocut Sheeter. One very unique feature on the press is the capability of combining eight to sixteen pages directly with up to forty-eight non-heat set pages, all in one run.

Combine automated color registration, web guides and cut-off control, computer scanned plates that preset ink densities, and a press that will produce up to 45,000 full color publications per hour and you’ll quickly recognize that Advanced Web Offset has all the capacity and capability to “Deliver Beyond Expectations” to you, on time, every time.
